PR11174	Updated Vendor Setup page to no longer require direct modify permissions on the Vendor table. The Vendor Setup page, which contains a list of the soft and hard vendor rating factors as well as the classification of each vendor, can now be used to configure the rating factors and classifications without requiring the user to have direct modify permissions on the table. This enables a more granular permission management, for example, to allow users to configure and edit the vendor rating without having to be granted full modify permissions for a vendor.
PR10984	Added a new event publisher to the "CCS VR Calculate Vendor Rating" report. A new event publisher "OnAfterDiffDateCalculation" has been added to the Calculate Vendor Rating report to allow for customizations when calculating the date difference between the promised receipt date and the arrival date. For example, this allows customizations to account for holidays and working days.
