Integration of COSMO Document Management System
COSMO Document Management System (DMS) is used to share documents in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and provides easy access through Microsoft SharePoint. Searching efforts are reduced due to the display of only relevant files on a record. Reports can be automatically uploaded to save digital copies. Users without Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or mobile staff can access those files in SharePoint.

Document Box FactBox
The integration of COSMO Document Management System to COSMO Project Construction adds the Document Box FactBox to the following pages:
- BoQ Budget Calculation
- BoQ Fast Calculation
- BoQ Position List
- Construction Project Card/List
- Project Card/List
- Measurement Card/List
- PaC Structure Lines
- Registered Measurement Card/List
- EFB Calculation
EFB Calculation Report Upload
The integration with COSMO Document Management System also provides the ability to upload the EFB reports from the EFB Calculation page using the Update EFB 221, Upload EFB 222, and Upload EFB 223 actions in the Reports menu.
In addition to the complete setup and configuration of COSMO Document Management System, you must specify a Document Library Code and Content Type Code in the Project Construction Report Selection page for these reports.
The uploaded reports will be visible in the Document Box FactBox on the EFB Calculation page.
