Graphical Extension Setup

You specify the basic settings for Graphical Maintenance Scheduling in the Maintenance Scheduling FastTab of the Graphical Extension Setup page.

To set up general Graphical Maintenance Scheduling information

  1. Choose the Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature icon, enter Graphical Extension Setup, and then choose the related link.
  2. Expand the Maintenance Scheduling FastTab and fill in or update the fields as necessary. Hover over a field to read a short description.
  3. Expand the Maintenance Scheduling Columns FastTab and define which columns and settings can be shown by default in the Graphical Maintenance Scheduling page.
  4. On the Actions menu, choose the Rebuild Maintenance Data action to rebuild the data to be used in the Graphical Maintenance Scheduling view.
