Transfer Changes to Prod. Order with Quality Assurance Fields

When using the Transfer Changes to Prod. Order action in a construction order, changes to the following Quality Assurance fields are monitored and transferred when changes are detected:

Test Plan No. – Updates the test plan assignment for components or routing lines.
Test Order Relevance – Synchronizes when test activities should occur (at the beginning, in parallel, or at the end of an operation).
From the same Lot – Transfers restrictions requiring components from the same lot.

When you run the Transfer Changes to Prod. Order action:

The system compares the Quality Assurance fields in the construction order lines with the corresponding production order components and routing lines.
If changes are detected in any of the Quality Assurance fields, these lines are included in the Changes Prod. Order Constr. page along with other modified lines (e.g., changed quantities, deleted/inserted components).
Changes to Quality Assurance fields are indicated in the same manner as other changes, using red, bolded, italicized text in the Changes Prod. Order Constr. page.
The Transfer Change checkbox is selected by default for lines with changed Quality Assurance fields, allowing you to control which changes to apply.
After confirming the transfer by choosing the OK button, the Quality Assurance field changes are applied to the existing production order.

This ensures that modifications to test planning and quality control settings made after the production order has been created are properly synchronized.

Note

This functionality is also available for non-interactive execution (without UI) and can be invoked programmatically for background processing (for example, via job queues or integrations). In non-interactive runs, changes marked with Transfer Change are applied immediately, including Quality Assurance field updates, and the Changes Prod. Order Constr. page is not displayed.
