Production Structure Lines

The fields in the production structure lines that are used with quality testing in COSMO Quality Assurance are described below.

Test Plan No.

When a Test Plan is assigned and Test Plan Setup is activated for this Production Structure Line Type, then COSMO Quality Assurance will create a Test Incident by using a valid version of this assigned Test Plan. The number of Test Orders included in Test Incident will be created based on the Sample Occurrence. For more information, see Test Planning and Sample Planning.

Test Order Relevance

Used with Test Order Scheduling in COSMO Quality Assurance, the Test Order Relevance field is used for Test Order/Incident scheduling and its Test Activities. For instance, if the Test Order Relevance field is set to Start on the Production Structure line, then the Starting Date/Time of the production order routing line is used to schedule Starting Date/Time of Test Order/Test Incident. From the Same Lot

The From the same Lot field ensures that the selection of lots in the Item Tracking Lines page are limited to the same lot only. The checkbox is selected manually in the production structure lines; this field is transferred to the Production BOM and then to the production order components where the limit is enforced. In the Item Tracking Entries page, an error opens when different lots are entered.
