Integration to COSMO Purchase Quotes Manager
With the COSMO Text Module integration to COSMO Purchase Quotes Manager, header and/or footer text can be added to the PQM page which will be transferred to the header and/or footer text of the created purchase quotes. Additionally, item text is transferred to the lines and can be modified or new text can be added.
You can use the Rich Text Editor if it has been enabled in the Text Module Setup Card (see Rich Text Editor).

To add header or footer text
- Choose the icon, enter Purchase Quote Managers, and then choose the related link. In the Text Module List page, choose the New action to create text or Manage > Edit to open existing text in the Text Module Card page.
- In the General FastTab, enter the language and any date restrictions.
- To use the Rich Text Editor, choose Manage > Rich Text Editor or Rich Text Editor (Line Conversion) on the Lines FastTab (see Text Module Line).
- To add text without using the Rich Text Editor, enter the actual text, along with any formatting to transfer to the printed document.
- If text is to be printed, enter the relevant code in the Print Mgt. Code field.
- Close the Text Module Card page or choose the icon to add more text.
- Go back to the Text Module List page and then choose the Close button.
To open or add line text
User-defined text from COSMO Text Module can be entered in the PQM lines. Existing text lines that are attached to an item are transferred to the PQM lines when the item is inserted. The transferred lines can be modified without affecting the source text.
- On the PQM page, select the line where text exists or needs to be added.
- On the Lines FastTab, choose Manage > Line Texts.
- To use the Rich Text Editor, choose the Rich Text Editor or Rich Text Editor (Line Conversion) action (see Text Module Line).
- To add text without using the Rich Text Editor, enter the actual text, along with any formatting to transfer to the printed document.
- If text is to be printed, enter the relevant code in the Print Mgt. Code field.
- Fill in additional lines as needed.
- Choose the Close button.
