Role Center

COSMO Bill of Quantities Management has a special Role Center that is used with the Manager COSMO Bill of Quantities Management Profile (Role). This Role Center provides the most efficient COSMO Bill of Quantities Management user experience.

This Role Center provides quick access to standard bill of quantities processes, including master data (contacts, customers, vendors, and resources), setup (BoQ Setup and Log Types), as well as links to all BoQs, sales quotes/orders, and purchase quotes/orders.

The Activities part uses cues to provide a visual overview of the number of open, released, and upcoming submission BoQs. It also offers an action for creating a new Bill of Quantities record.

Additionally, the Insights part allows you to add Power BI reports.

To apply this role center

Choose the icon and then select My Settings from the menu. Alternatively, you can use the Tell Me feature.
In the Role field, choose the ellipsis button.
In the Available Roles page, select Manager COSMO Bill of Quantities Management and then choose the OK button.
Choose the OK button to close the My Settings page and save your changes.
