Features:

• The new configuration parameter WorkingFolderStorageDays has been added to the app.json. It allows defining the retention period for data in the temporary working folder.

Bugfixes:

• Fixed an issue where the configuration parameter FileErrorFolderStorageDays was ignored. The retention period setting for the error folder is now correctly applied.
• An error occurred during file writing when accessing files locally. This issue has been resolved, and local file upload now works as expected.
