BC2GO - Consulting Packages

With the BC2GO package 'Consulting Package' you can take advantage of the service. When booking the 'Consulting Package' you will receive hourly quotas, which you can use for personal support of your request.

Booking of the packages

You can book the consulting packages via the Marketplace. Furthermore, you can also book the consulting packages via our sales agents.

Application

As a first point of contact for support requests, we recommend using our intelligent support BOT COSMA. Using COSMA would not consume your hourly quota. If your issue is more complex and requires personal attention, you have two options to contact a consultant

Via bookings you can directly book an appointment with a consultant. In the appointment you can describe your concern.
