Controlling & Reporting
Introduction
There are the following KPIs available throughout the system in order to control your projects:
KPI | Description/Recommended Action |
---|---|
Open Tasks | Tasks that are open which have a dependency on other tasks. Other users have to get their tasks done first, before these tasks can be started. Check dependencies and makre sure dependencies are assigned to users and users are informed about their todos. |
Tasks In Progress | Tasks that users are currently working on. Make sure users are meeting their deadlines, i.e. hold regular meetings. |
Overdue Tasks | Tasks that are past their deadline. Talk to users who are assigned, find out about new and realistic due dates. Adjust the due date of these tasks and all related tasks. |
Completed Tasks | Tasks that have been completed, no action necessary. |
Tasks unassigned | Tasks where the assignment to a role/user has not yet been made. Make sure that the assignment is done during the course of the project so that the tasks are fully processed. |
Remaining Effort | The sum of the total remaining effort. |
Progress % | The progress of a task or a number of tasks. The progress is calculated from the original effort and the remaining effort. |
