Document Texts

Different texts and languages are managed through Document Texts. A Document Text carries translations to different languages and allows for making changes to labels and texts used in multiple documents in one place. COSMO Document Configurator comes preloaded with Document Texts in more than 20 different languages (for texts used on the predefined Document Layouts). When setting up a Document Layout, a Document Text can be used to print the document in different languages.

The Document Text List page is accessed using Tell Me. Choose the Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature icon, enter Document Texts, and then choose the related link.
