DC - Update Cust Statement No Codeunit

This Codeunit increments the Last Statement No. in the Customer table. It has been programmed so that no increase is made when previewing or printing copies. The way this codeunit is used is to set up the Section (Document Layout Line) to run it once per record to update the Last Statement No. at the time of printing the Statements.
