Features:

  • As of BC21, you can change the layout to a "Test layout" when printing reports. This is a 1:1 copy of the standard layout, except that the variable names are printed instead of the values.
  • COSMO Document Set has a new funktion "COSMO Document Set Addon variable Print Parameters"
    • These function must be licensed separately and enabled in Document Set setup.
    • Default profile can be specified in Document Set setup and additionally per Customer or Vendor.
    • Allows you to change the sort order, visibility and default value for the request page parameters for any Cosmo Document Set report.
    • You can also set a default value for a parameter and hide it in the request page, so no user can change it.
    • 2 different parameter sets can be used when report is called with request page and without.
    • The variant without request page can support you with the transfer to a DMS system.
  • New "Freely Definable Texts Print" field is added to Document Set Setup for sales, purchase and service areas
    • When new field is activated, system disables usage of fields: 
      • "Print Connected Text Lines"
      • "Always Print Standard Text"
    • and enables 2 new fields used during creation of document lines (pro area sales, purchase, service):
      • "Do not print Linked Text Lines by default" (relevant for linked comment lines or text lines created via Standard Text)
      • "Do not print Text Lines by default" (relevant for any other comment lines not linked to other document lines)
    • New field "Don't Print" is added to all document lines. Based on setup fields "Do not print Linked Text Lines by default" and "Do not print Text Lines by default" system will update default value of the "Don't Print" field only in text lines.
    • User is able to revert value of the "Don't Print" field via function "Update Text Lines Printing". It is possible to select and process multiple text lines (Lines other than comment lines are ignored).
    • For open documents, this field can be changed also manually.
    • When Freely Definable Texts Print parameter field is enabled, report will print text line based on field "Don't Print".
  • The report Draft Invoice is implemented
  • The printout of the payment method has been added to the sales quote, sales order, sales credit note and purchase order documents via report parameters
  • Due to the new functions, the license had to be extended, please update the license in your on-premises versions before installing the new app

Bugfixes:

  • The "Copy Documents" action has been adjusted so that all line fields from the COSMO Document Set are now copied.
  • In the production orders, there were line breaks in the documents for the barcodes
