Testing Scenario Proposal

• Check prerequisites

• Whse. Req. Lines flag is set to YES on the location card

• Check combine logic setup on the location card

• Number series assigned to the Tour Nos. field in the Logistics Setup page

• Tour exists on the tour card

• Delivery tolerance exists and is assigned to the given item on the item card (Sales delivery tolerance)

• Create source documents

• Sales order for 2 items. Check if the order appears on the Warehouse request lines after the release.

• Transfer order for 1 item. Check if the order appears on the Warehouse request lines after the release.

• Purchase return order for 1 item. Check if the order appears on the Warehouse request lines after the release.

• Based on the actions of the Warehouse Request Line List page, check each step of the available functions.

• Create a warehouse shipment. Check if the document is created, can be released and shipped.

• Assign a Tour to the line. Check if the tour card contains the line. Try to assign the same line to a different tour, it should give an error message.

• Change shipment date. If the date is changed, the source document shipment date should be also changed (if open).

• Change the shipping agents. Check if the shipping agent is changed on the source document header and lines.
