View Incidents

Incidents can be viewed in FactBoxes on the Construction Diary and Diary Report Card pages or in a list to show all incidents regardless of construction project and diary.

View all incidents

To view all incidents without filters, choose the icon, enter Incidents, and then choose the related link.

View defect incidents for construction diary

You can see a tally of defects related to a construction diary in the Defects FactBox on the Construction Diary page, which is accessed either from:

• Tell Me (Choose the icon, enter Construction Diaries, and then choose the related link).
• A Construction Project (open the construction project and then choose the Construction Diaries action on the Related menu.).

The Defects FactBox tallies the number of new, open, and finished incidents designated as defects for the construction diary.

View all incidents on diary report card

The Incidents FactBox on the Diary Report Card lists all incidents related to the diary report, including incident type, description, and due date.
