Register Measurement

Once all changes have been entered in the Measurement page, it can be registered. Registering the measurement is like releasing a document: it makes it available for other processes.

Measurements can be registered individually or collectively via a batch process.

To register a measurement

1. Choose the Register action on the Home menu. A message opens asking to register the measurement document.
2. Choose the Yes button to register the measurement document. A confirmation message opens.
3. Choose the OK button to close the confirmation message. The Measurement page closes automatically.

To register multiple measurements

1. Choose the icon, enter Measurements, and then choose the related link.
2. Select the measurements to register.
3. On the Home menu, choose the Register action.
4. Choose the Yes button to register the measurements or the No button to cancel the registration process.

Errors are logged and displayed if any of the measurements cannot be registered.
