Contact Certificate Types
Contact Certificate Types are used to identify contacts with special certificates, for example, contacts exempt from taxes have an exemption certificate.
The fields on the Contact Certificate Types page are described in the following table.
| Field | Description |

| Code | Indicates a unique identifier of the certificate type. |
| Description | Indicates a short explanation of the certificate type. |
| Reminder Date Formula | Specifies the date formula for calculating the reminder date based on the work date. The reminder date is used to format the Ending Date field in contact certificates. |
| Purchase Order Release | Specifies whether the certificate type is validated for purchase order releases (see Mandatory Certificates). |
| Purchase Invoice Release | Specifies whether the certificate type is validated for purchase invoice releases (see Mandatory Certificates). |
| Purchase Invoice Posting | Specifies whether the certificate type is validated for purchase invoice postings (see Mandatory Certificates). |
| Outgoing Payment Posting | Specifies whether the certificate type is validated for outgoing payment postings (see Mandatory Certificates). |
