Graphical Rental Setup
You specify the basic settings for the Graphical Rental Disposition page in the Rental Planning FastTab of the Graphical Rental Setup page.
To set up general Graphical Rental Disposition information
- Choose the
icon, enter Graphical Rental Setup, and then choose the related link. - On the Graphical Rental Setup page, expand the Rental Planning FastTab and fill in or update the fields as described in the following table.

| Show Contracts | Determines if rental contracts are shown in the Graphical Rental Disposition page. |
| Show Reservations | Determines if rental reservations are shown in the Graphical Rental Disposition page. |
| Show Quotes | Determines if rental quotes are shown in the Graphical Rental Disposition page. |
| Show Service Orders | Determines if service orders are shown in the Graphical Rental Disposition page. |
| Show Empty Inventory | Determines if rental items with empty inventory are shown in the Graphical Rental Disposition page. |
| Collapsed | Determines if expandable rows are collapsed when the Graphical Rental Disposition page is opened. |
| Highlight Color | Determines the color used to indicate the work date in the Graphical Rental Disposition page. |
| Rental Contract Color | Determines the color of rental contracts in the Graphical Rental Disposition page. |
| Rental Reservation Color | Determines the color of rental reservations in the Graphical Rental Disposition page. |
| Rental Quote Color | Determines the color of rental quotes in the Graphical Rental Disposition page. |
| Service Order Color | Determines the color of service orders in the Graphical Rental Disposition page. |
Note
The fields in the General FastTab are based on the fields in the Graphical Extension Setup page in COSMO Graphical Extension. Any changes made to these fields will override the settings in the Graphical Extension Setup page.
Ensure that the Default Time Period field is set to Month, Week, or Day in either page; the other options are not used in the Graphical Rental Disposition page.
To update rental data
On the Actions menu, choose the Recalculate Rental Data action to rebuild the COSMO Rental data for rendering if setup or authorization changes are made.
