Rental Documents

The rental documents are the basis for renting goods and services. Each contains information about the period of time and the price a period is agreed upon to be paid. COSMO Rental has three types of documents:

• Rental Quotes – Estimate of the rental agreement terms for items or services; can be converted to a Rental Contract.
• Rental Reservations – Items can be chosen for reservation.
• Rental Contracts – Rental agreement terms for items or services that is processed (shipped, invoiced, and returned).
