Rental Revenue Accounts

The G/L Accounts that are needed for COSMO Rental-related postings must be set up with the appropriate Business Posting Group and Product Posting Group combination(s).

The COSMO Rental-specific revenue account fields in the General Posting Setup page are described in the following table.

Field	Description
Rental Account	Used for the posting of direct rental revenues (invoices and credit memos).
Rental Prepayment Account	Used for the posting of prepaid rental positions.
3rd Party Rental Account	Used for the posting of a purchase order that relates to a 3rd party rental line (see 3rd Party Rental).
Rental Line Disc. Account	Used for the posting of line discounts on a rental position.
Rental Inv. Disc. Account	Used for the posting of invoice discounts on a rental position.
Rental Deposit Account	Used for the posting of deposit invoices on a rental position.
Internal Service Cost Account / Rental Cr. Memo Account / Leasing Account / Leasing Prepayment Account	The features for these accounts are currently not implemented.
