Features:
- The DMS Log table is now cleaned up using the Business Central standard retention policies.
- For new installations of the app, this is enabled by default.
- For app upgrades, you need to navigate to the retention policies and enable this manually.
- In the reports that are to be archived, the selection of printers has been added to the archiving selection page for printing.
Bugfixes:
- When storing documents via Dropbox, all changes in the fields, except in the field currently in focus, are now transmitted to the DMS system via metadata.
- There were interruptions in user input if the query in the quick search took a long time to complete.
- In the AddFileToPool function, the LoadFileNameFromSetupIfFilled parameter was not transferred correctly.
- An error in the automatic creation of incoming documents after import has been fixed.
- If the logs were not properly cleaned up, errors could occur in future searches.
- If no setup is found where the stored condition matches, an error will no longer occur.
