COSMO Vendor Rating includes the following Role Center pages that have been set up as Profiles (Roles):

Vendor Judge Role Center

The Vendor Judge Role Center provides the most efficient COSMO Vendor Rating user experience for managing vendor judgement processes including viewing closed quality ratings, lists of items and vendors, as well as open quality ratings for posted purchase receipts.

In addition to various actions, such as running the Calculate Vendor Rating and Vendor Rating batch jobs, you also have direct access to the Find entries function.

The Vendor Rating part has a cue for open Quality Ratings for posted purchase receipts as well as the Find entries function.

In the Insights part, you can set your commonly used items in the My Items part and vendors in the My Vendors part.

Purchaser Vendor Rating Role Center

The Purchaser Vendor Rating Role Center provides the most efficient COSMO Vendor Rating user experience for purchase vendor rating processing functionality, including reviewing posted purchase documents and closed quality ratings, as well as lists of open purchase documents, sales orders, assembly orders, vendors, items, open quality ratings, nonstock items, SKUs, analysis reports and journals.

In addition to various actions, such as creating purchase documents, journals and pricing, you also have direct access to the Calculate Vendor Rating and Vendor Rating batch jobs, the Find entries function, and the Inventory - Availability Plan report.

The Activities part has cues for pre-arrival and post arrival follow-up for purchase orders and purchase return orders, and purchase orders authorized for payment.

The Vendor Rating part has a cue for open Quality Ratings for posted purchase receipts as well as the Find entries function.

The Insights part has purchase and inventory performance views and you can set your commonly used vendors in the My Vendors part and items in the My Items part.

To apply a role center

Choose the icon and then select My Settings from the menu. Alternatively, you can use the Tell Me feature.
In the Role field, choose the ellipsis button.
In the Available Roles page, select either Vendor Judge or Purchaser Vendor Rating and then choose the OK button.
Choose the OK button to close the My Settings page and save your changes.

You can also assign roles directly to users in the User Settings page.
