Document Categories

In the Document Categories, you can set up category codes (for example, Excel, Word, PDF Documents) to categorize master documents.

The Document Categories page is accessed using Tell Me. Choose the Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature icon, enter Document Categories, and then choose the related link.

Code and Description field specify the categories.
