Role Center

COSMO Workflow has a special Role Center that is used with the Workflow Administrator Profile (Role). This Role Center provides the most efficient COSMO Workflow user experience.

This Role Center provides quick access to activities relating to Field Security, Portal, Process Management, Approval Management, Document Management, History, Periodic Activities, and Setup.

In addition to actions for the Field Security Matrix, Workflow Portal, and Workflow Message, you also have direct access to Workflow Team Analysis and Overdue Tasks.

The COSMO Workflow part uses cues to provide a visual overview of the number of Open Tasks, Due Tasks, and Overdue Tasks.

To apply this role center

Choose the icon and then select My Settings from the menu. Alternatively, you can use the Tell Me feature.
In the Role field, choose the ellipsis button.
In the Available Roles page, select Workflow Administrator and then choose the OK button.
Choose the OK button to close the My Settings page and save your changes.

You can also assign roles directly to users in the User Settings page.
