Licensing Modalities

Depending on your IT-infrastructure you can choose between Subscription and Purchase.

All Business Central users must be licensed. Team members or devices do not need a license. When upgrading from NAV to BC we grant 30 % on subsription for three years.

Tip

Purchase requires a Private Cloud, or an On-Premises IT-infrastructure. Purchase is not possible with a SaaS IT-infrastructure (Microsoft Cloud Solution).

In the subscription model there are different contract durations & payment cycles available:
