Manufacturing Dimensions on Inventory Overview
When COSMO Process Manufacturing and COSMO Quality Assurance are used together, the item's default manufacturing dimensions from COSMO Process Manufacturing are available on the Inventory Overview page. You can use these dimensions to filter, sort, and navigate inventory overview records by manufacturing dimension values directly from the list without navigating to a separate page.
The dimension values are populated automatically when a record is created or refreshed. The column headers reflect the dimension names as configured in the Manufacturing Dimensions Setup page.
Manufacturing Dimension Fields
The following fields are available on the Inventory Overview page. Some fields are hidden by default. To add them to the list view, use the Personalize feature.

| Global Mfg. Dimension 1 Code | Specifies the value of global manufacturing dimension 1 assigned to the item, as configured in the manufacturing dimension setup. |
| Global Mfg. Dimension 2 Code | Specifies the value of global manufacturing dimension 2 assigned to the item, as configured in the manufacturing dimension setup. |
| Shortcut Mfg. Dimension 3 Code | Specifies the value of shortcut manufacturing dimension 3 assigned to the item, as configured in the manufacturing dimension setup. |
| Shortcut Mfg. Dimension 4 Code | Specifies the value of shortcut manufacturing dimension 4 assigned to the item, as configured in the manufacturing dimension setup. |
| Shortcut Mfg. Dimension 5 Code | Specifies the value of shortcut manufacturing dimension 5 assigned to the item, as configured in the manufacturing dimension setup. |
| Shortcut Mfg. Dimension 6 Code | Specifies the value of shortcut manufacturing dimension 6 assigned to the item, as configured in the manufacturing dimension setup. |
| Shortcut Mfg. Dimension 7 Code | Specifies the value of shortcut manufacturing dimension 7 assigned to the item, as configured in the manufacturing dimension setup. |

All fields are read-only. To look up the dimension values for a field, choose the value in the field.
Actions
The actions on the Inventory Overview page are accessible from the Mfg. Dimensions menu.

| Item Default Mfg. Dimensions | Opens the Default Mfg. Dimensions page for the selected item. |
| Update Shortcut Mfg. Dimension Codes | Updates the shortcut manufacturing dimension codes/values for all records on the inventory overview. Run this action after changing the manufacturing dimension setup or after updating the default manufacturing dimension values assigned to items. |
The Update Inventory Overview action is also available on the Manufacturing Dimensions Setup page by choosing Actions > Functions. This action updates the manufacturing dimension code values for all records on the Inventory Overview page.
