Project Time Recording
Project Time Recording aims to provide a modern, user-friendly, and mobile-compatible project time recording system. It supports various devices such as smartphones, tablets, and browser clients, ensuring accessibility for users with Team Member licenses. It is designed to streamline the time recording process, reduce manual entry, and enhance productivity for project teams. It also offers flexibility and convenience by allowing users to record time from anywhere, at any time.

- Daily time recording
- Approval workflow
- Team time capturing
- Time entry control
Additionally, Project Time Recording offers:
- Access via COSMO Project Manufacturing Role Centers for instant time entry creation.
- Quick selection of recent projects/positions for time entry.
- Favorites feature for fast project selection from a list of preferred projects.
- Option to carry over project positions from the previous day.

Alternative Time Recording Options
In addition to the Project Time Recording feature, COSMO Project Manufacturing offers two other ways of recording time:
- Time Sheet Integration, which uses the standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Time Sheet functionality.
- Time Entry Project Journal, which uses a personal Project Journal batch or a stand-alone Terminal for multiple user time entry during the procurement process.
