Select and Insert Multiple Items, Resources, or Job Components
It is possible to select and insert multiple items, resources, or job components from the lookup in the No. field in the Job Budget Calculation page.
To insert multiple items in the Job Budget Calculation
- Choose the icon, enter Projects, and then choose the related link.
- Locate the relevant Project Card to add budget calculation lines.
- On the Home menu, choose the Budget Calculation action.
- Create the position.
- Set the Type field to Item.
- In the No. field, choose the ellipsis button. The Items list page opens.
- Select all lines to be added to the Job Budget Calculation.
- Choose the OK button.
The selected lines are added as new positions in the Job Budget Calculation.
To insert multiple resources in the Job Budget Calculation
- Choose the icon, enter Projects, and then choose the related link.
- Locate the relevant Project Card to add budget calculation lines.
- On the Home menu, choose the Budget Calculation action.
- Create the position.
- Set the Type field to Service.
- In the No. field, choose the ellipsis button. The Resources list page opens.
- Select all lines to be added to the Job Budget Calculation.
- Choose the OK button.
The selected lines are added as new positions in the Job Budget Calculation.
To insert multiple job components in the Job Budget Calculation
- Choose the icon, enter Projects, and then choose the related link.
- Locate the relevant Project Card to add budget calculation lines.
- On the Home menu, choose the Budget Calculation action.
- Create the position.
- Leave the Type field empty.
- In the No. field, choose the ellipsis button. The Component Groups Selection page opens.
- Select the component group line and then choose the OK button. The Job Components page opens.
- Select all lines to be added to the Job Budget Calculation.
- Choose the OK button.
The selected lines are added as new positions in the Job Budget Calculation.
