What`s new in Version 20.1

Version 20.1.0.0 of COSMO Document Set

Bugfixing:

• The behavior in case of an empty date format in the document set setup has been optimized
• The font size was standardized
• The display of decimal places has been standardized in the service quote
• The printout of the weight for text lines has been removed
• The printout of the total weight was adjusted for alternative or optional lines
• Fixed missing print and performance issues for reports with footer logo.
• Error message when no document set setup is available has been fixed.

Features:

• The minimum version has been raised to BC20
• A connector to COSMO Advance Payment has been completed and can be activated in the document set setup.
• Article variants are now taken into account when printing.
• The printout of service articles has been added to the booked service invoices and service delivery bills.
• A new facility has been added to the document set setup, which makes it possible to change the font in the documents
• The standard mask "Report Layout Selection" has been extended by a layout management
  • There is now the possibility to export the layout and to set this for all Document Set documents by import
  • All imported layouts are logged in an overview where a description of the individual layouts can be stored and also by action in the overview the layout can be changed to this
  • It is also possible to change the layout back to the standard master layout via an action which we delivered
• The Extension COSMO Intra-Community Taxation was integrated for printing the "VAT Reg. No."
• A role center was added
• A new facility has been added to the Payment Methods, which makes it possible to print a QR Code for the bank payment transactions for the sales invoice
