Procurement Status Signal

Procurement Status Signals refer to the Days after Procurement Start and Days to Procurement Finish fields, which help to control procurements that are planned but not yet started in time or released but not yet finished in time. The Procurement Status Signal field in the Project Planning and Processing page shows a red light if one of these conditions are met.

In the Project Planning and Processing page, the Procurement Status Signal fields can be updated manually by choosing Actions > Procurement > Update Procurement Status Signals or automatically by changing Procurement-related fields.

A report that lists all WBS with released procurements which have not been finished until the Procurement Finish Date can be accessed by entering Late Procurement in Tell Me and then choosing the related link.
