Bugfixing:

• Fixed an issue with printing customs information on Sales Quote and Sales Order
• When a "Footer Logo" was set up in the Document Set Setup, it was not printed correctly
• During a serial printout of the Posted Sales Shipments, an incorrect printout of the serial number could occur.
