Batch Calculation Log
A batch calculation log is created for each Batch Item Standard Cost Calculation. It contains information about the used options and filters as well as detailed information about the results and entries for each processed item and stockkeeping unit.
If the Show Batch Calculation Log toggle is turned on in the Batch Item Standard Cost Calculation request page, then the Batch Calculation Log page will open automatically after calculation. Otherwise, it can be accessed from the Tell Me feature.
General FastTab
The General FastTab includes an Entry No. and provides creation information, such as date, time, and user ID.
Results FastTab
The Results FastTab shows the number of filtered items, processed items and stockkeeping units, updated items and stockkeeping units, and warnings.
Errors FastTab
The Errors FastTab shows the text of the first error message as well as the number of errors. The formatting of the text in these fields is italicized, bolded maroon.
Lines FastTab
The Lines FastTab lists all entries created by the Batch Item Standard Cost Calculation categorized as either Error, Update, or Message actions. The following table describes in which cases the different actions are used, whether the action was excluded from the calculation update, and how the line text is formatted.

Each line shows relevant information about the item or stockkeeping unit in relation to the standard cost calculation. For items/stockkeeping units that were not excluded, the old and new standard costs are shown.
The Show Item or Show Stockkeeping Unit action will open the corresponding card for the selected line.
Options FastTab and Filter FastTab
The Options and Filter FastTabs show the general and filter settings used in the Batch Item Standard Cost Calculation request page.
Batch Log Deletion
The batch calculation log can be deleted from the Batch Calculation Logs page by choosing Manage > Delete or the Batch Calculation Log page by choosing the Delete icon.
