E-Balance Project Card

In this section, the fields on the E-Balance Project card are described.

General FastTab

The fields on the General FastTab are described in the following table.

Field	Description
No.	Specifies a unique identifier of the project.
Description	Specifies a description of the project.
COSMO E-Balance Company	Specifies the company as defined on the E-Balance Setup card.
Company Code	Specifies the company code to use for this project.
E-Balance Interview-Mode	Determines if the interview mode should pop up when importing the project into the COSMO E-Balance app.
Date from	Specifies the date range of the project.
Date to	Specifies the date range of the project.
Status	Specifies the status of the project in Dynamics 365 Business Central. The options are: Open, Released, Exported. Only projects with status Open can be edited. Only projects with status Released can be exported.

The actions on the E-Balance Project card are described in the following table

Action	Description
Create GAAP	Opens a dialog to create GAAP for the current project.
Export Project	Exports the current E-Balance project from Dynamics 365 Business Central. The resulting `.taxctrl` file can be imported into the COSMO E-Balance app.
Release	Releases the current E-Balance project.
Reopen	Reopens a released E-Balance project to allow further modifications.
Reset Export	Resets the status of an exported E-Balance project to allow further modifications and re-exports.

The fields on the Lines FastTab are described in the following table.

Field	Description
Active	Specifies if the current project line is the active line.
Creation Date	Specifies the creating date of the project line.
Created by	Specifies the user that created the project line.
Last Date Modified	Specifies the date of the last modification to the project line.
Last User Modified	Specifies the user that last modified the project line.
Sent Date	Specifies the Date/Time of the last export the project line was included in.
Sent by	Specifies the user that exported the project line.
Plausibility Check	Specifies if the plausibility of the current project line has been checked.
Protocol Lines	Specifies if protocol lines exist for the current project line.
GAAP Lines	Specifies the number of GAAP lines that exist for the current project line.

The actions on the Lines FastTab are described in the following table

Action	Description
Open GAAP	Opens the GAAP lines of the current E-Balance project line.
Open Protocol	Opens the log protocol of the current E-Balance project line.
Check Plausibility	Runs the plausibility check for the GAAP data of the current project line.
Delete Line	Deletes the current project line.
Set Active	Sets the current project line as the active line. Only active lines are included when exporting an E-Balance project from Dynamics 365 Business Central.
