The Opportunities and Interaction functionalities from standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Sales & Marketing is integrated in the sales cycle of COSMO Project Construction.
From an Opportunity, a Construction Project or Project can be created using the Assign Construction Project or Assign Project function, respectively. Existing Construction Projects and Projects can be opened from the Opportunity Card.
The Project No. field in the Interactions Log Entries makes it possible to log activities related to a Project. If a new contact interaction is created by choosing the Create Interaction action in the Project Contacts page, the Project No. defaults to the Create Interaction Wizard. In any other case, the Project No. can be assigned manually by the user.
Once ready for sales processing, a Sales Quote or Sales Order can be created based on a project position. Refer to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Help for more information about Opportunities and Interactions.
