Internal Process

An approval combines an event with a condition and sets a certain value that must be reached to obtain that approval, to be able to complete the task.

Approvals can be done by single users that have the required authorization level, or through an approval process. If a user has no required authorization level, they can obtain the approval by forwarding an approval request.
