PQM Page

The process of creating the price quotes to the vendors begins in the PQM page. This topic describes the fields and functions on this page that are specific to COSMO Project Manufacturing. For more information about the other fields on this page, see PQM Page in the COSMO Purchase Quotes Manager Help.

The PQM page opens by choosing PQM > Create PQM or Show PQM on the Related menu on the Job Budget Calculation page.

General FastTab

The fields on the General FastTab that are specific to COSMO Project Manufacturing are described in the following table.

Field	Description
Description	Short description for the PQM, transferred from the job description of the Job Budget Calculation line.
Job No.	Indicates the job number from which the PQM was created.
Main Job No.	Indicates the main job number from which the PQM was created.

Lines FastTab

The fields on the Lines FastTab that are specific to COSMO Project Manufacturing are described in the following table.

Field	Description
Source Unit Cost	Defaults from the Direct Unit Cost on the Job Budget Calculation line.
Source Status	Indicates the current status of the source of the PQM line: - From Document: created from the Job Budget Calculation line. - Updated: indicates that the Job Budget Calculation line has been updated.
Order Date	Indicates the system date the PQM line was created from the Job Budget Calculation.
Planned Lead Time Calculation	Calculates the due date of the PQM line based on the Order Date field.
