Shipping Unit Loading Process
The prerequisite for using shipping unit loading is that a number series must be defined in the Loading Nos. field in the Logistics Setup page.
The Shipping Unit Loading process has two parts: the Logistics Loading List and the Logistics Loading Card.
Logistics Loading List
The Logistics Loading List shows loading for the logged in user. To log in as new user or log out a previous user, choose Process > Sign In Warehouse User or Sign Out Warehouse User on the Actions menu. The current user is displayed in the Whse. User ID field.
Existing entries can be opened or deleted from the Manage menu. New entries can be created from the New action. Either option opens the Logistics Loading Card.
Logistics Loading Card
The loading process is handled on the Logistics Loading Card. This page has three sections: General, Details, Lines and is based on the CCS LOG Shipping Unit Header table (5292219).
General FastTab
The fields on the General FastTab are described in the following table.

| No. | Indicates the loading process number according to the loading number series. |
| Shipping Agent Filter / Shipping Agent Service Filter / Tour Filter | Used to filter the information. |
| Loading Type | Shows the steps of the loading process, not editable. The values can be Preparation, Testing, Loading, and Loaded. |
| SSCC | Specifies the Shipping Unit Number, can be manually selected from the shipping unit list or by scanning the barcode of the Shipping unit number. |
Details FastTab
The fields on the General FastTab are described in the following table.

| Loading Date | Specifies the loading date for the loading process. |
| Sum Weight | Indicates the sum of the shipping units' gross weight. |
| No. of Shipping Units | Indicates the total number of lines. |
| Whse. User ID | Indicates the user who handles the process. |
| Loading Note | Specifies a note for the loading; user defined. |
| Loading Location | Specifies a Location for the loading. |
| Loading Bin | Specifies a Loading Bin for the loading. |
Loading Subpage FastTab
The Loading Subpage FastTab is filtered on a selected Shipping unit and contains the following information about the shipping unit:
- Actual Shipment Bin Code
- Shipping Unit Number
- Shipping Agent Code
- Shipping Agent Name/Service Code/Service Description
- SSCC Dimensions
- Ship-to Information
- Packing Item No./Description
- Gross Weight
- Tour No.
Actions
The actions on the Logistics Loading Card page are described in the following table.

| Prepare | Shows the Logistics Shipping Unit List to be loaded. You can select from the list of shipping units where the status is Posted. The value of the Loading Type will be Preparation. Using this function will fill out the Prepackaged at Date, Prepackaged at Time, Prepackaged from User ID, Prepackaged from Whse. User ID fields fields on the Shipping unit card (History section). The connected Shipping Unit's type is Preparation. |
| Start Loading | The loading process starts with this step. The Loading Type will be Loading. |
| Check Loading | The Shipping unit can be checked in the warehouse at this step. The value of the Loading Type will be Testing. |
| Finish Loading | This function completes the loading of the goods. At this step the Loading Type must be Loading and line(s) must exist. The value of the Loading Type will be Loaded. You cannot delete the line from the loading card, when the status is Loaded. Using this function will fill out the value of the Loaded at Date, Loaded at Time, Loaded from User ID, Loaded from Whse. User ID fields on the Shipping Unit Card. The connected Shipping Unit's type is Loaded. |

The actions on the Loading Subpage FastTab are described in the following table.

Process
The general loading process is as follows:
- Create Logistics Loading Card.
- Select posted shipping units for the loading.
- Start the loading process.
- Check option.
- Enter different information for the loading.
- Finish loading process.
