History
The Completed Tasks, Sent Tasks, and Task Tracing pages are described in this section.
Completed Tasks
Use the Completed Tasks page to view the workflow tasks that have already been completed.
The page is similar to the Workflow Portal page. In addition to the information in the workflow portal, you can see when and by whom the individual tasks were completed. You cannot edit the information in the fields in this page.
Sent Tasks
In the Sent Tasks page, you see a list of all workflow tasks that you have initiated.
You can use the information area to filter the tasks by their status. Via the Open, Completed, or Cancelled hyperlinks, only the tasks with the corresponding status will be displayed. The number in brackets shows the number of tasks with that status.
Workflow Task Tracing
Use the Task Tracing to retrace the flow of single processes and to see the current state of certain processes.
When you open the Workflow Task Tracing page, you see all workflows available in the system.
The No. of Processes column shows the amount of initiated workflow instances.
- Choose the arrow to view single workflow instances. The No. of Tasks column shows how many tasks belong to an instance.
- Choose the arrow to collapse the structure.
- Choose the Expand All or Collapse All action on the Manage menu to expand or collapse all workflows at the same time.
- Use the Workflow Category Filter field to show only workflows of a desired category.
- You can also limit the list of workflows by providing a filter in the Task Category Filter and Team Filter fields.
- The Sending Date Filter and Due Date Filter fields limit the single tasks with a time period.
