Integration of COSMO Document Management System
COSMO Document Management System (DMS) is used to share documents in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and provides easy access through Microsoft SharePoint. Searching efforts are reduced due to the display of only relevant files on a record. Reports can be automatically uploaded to save digital copies. Users without Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or mobile staff can access those files in SharePoint.

Note
To access DMS in the Product Configuration Card, turn on the Enable DMS App Controls toggle in the DMS Setup page.
Document Box FactBox on COSMO Project Manufacturing pages
The integration of COSMO Document Management System to COSMO Project Manufacturing adds the Document Box FactBox to the following pages:
- Job Card/List
- Job Card/List Completed
- Job Shipment Card/List
- Posted Job Shipment Card/List
- Job Inventory Request Card/List
- Posted Inv. Request Card/List
- Job Budget Calculation
- Job Planning and Processing
- Job Rolling Calculation
Report Selections
In the Report Selection - Jobs page, the Document Library and Content Type can be configured to upload the PDF to SharePoint. Depending on this configuration, a new email or the report itself will be opened. If no content type is selected, the default behavior will be processed.
