The purpose of commission groups is to group similar commission rates in a business. With commission groups, the system distinguishes between commission groups, customer commission groups, and item commission groups.
Commission groups are directly assigned to commission recipients. A commission recipient is assigned to a unique commission group (see Commission Recipients).
To set up commission groups
- Choose the icon, enter Commission Groups, and then choose the related link.
- Choose the New action.
- Enter a unique code and then enter a description for the commission group.
- The remaining fields on this page are identical with those on the General FastTab of the Commission Setup page and are used as a template for new commission groups. These fields can be adjusted manually for individual commission groups. As a result, the commission statement is more specialized.
- Go to the next line and add another commission group.

|Commission Recipients||Opens an overview of all commission recipients of the selected commission group.
