    Customer Commission Groups

    Customer Commission Groups are used to group customers by commission type. Once set up, the groups can be set up with rates and assigned to customers.

    To set up customer commission groups

    1. Choose the Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature icon, enter Customer Commission Groups, and then choose the related link.
    2. Choose the New action.
    3. Enter a unique code and then enter a description for the customer commission group.
    4. Go to the next line and add another customer commission group.

    Actions

    The actions on the Related menu are described in the following table.

    Action Description
    Customers Opens an overview of all customers assigned to the selected customer commission group.

    Commission Rates Opens the commission rates for the selected customer commission group. Rates can be modified in this page.
