Depending on how you download the project -as a template or for the current user- it will appear under the "Templates" or "Open" section.

    Open
A one-time downloaded project that is assigned to a team member. Being in “Open”, means this project is still being viewed by the team member. Every time a project is being assigned to a team member, whether downloaded directly from the store or re-sent from the Template, a new project will be opened and added to the “Open” Tab.
    Completed
A project that was finished by a team member. Any time all the content of a project’s status is changed to “Completed”; the project will be moved to this tile.

    Assigning Companies

After you have downloaded a solution it becomes a project. You can assign a specific company to your project. This will have an impact on where tasks are visible. For example, if you leave the Company field blank, tasks are visible no matter which company is currently selected. In case you are choosing a company, tasks are only visible within that company.
