Configuration JSON Files

LibrarySet

The LibrarySet JSON file provides a full document library configuration, including content types and table setups for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Translations for English and German are available by default.

The following JSON files are available for the current LibrarySet 2.0.2:

  • English configuration file
  • German configuration file
  • Hungarian configuration file
  • Swedish configuration file
Note

Make sure that you change the CredentialCode, WebUrl and ServerRelativeUrl in the configuration file before starting the import.

Language Extensions

To display the names of the content types within the DocumentBox for other languages than English or German, a language extension file with the appropriate translations is required.

The following language extensions are available for the current LibrarySet 2.0.2:

  • DEA Language Extension, based on the German configuration file
  • HUN Language Extension, based on the English configuration file
  • SVE Language Extension, based on the English configuration file

Further language extensions will follow.

Note

Make sure that you change the CredentialCode, WebUrl and ServerRelativeUrl in the configuration file before starting the import. Import the base LibrarySet file first, then import the language extension file.

Construction Plan

The SharePoint Construction Plan JSON file provides a full configuration to build all appropriate websites, document libraries and fields in SharePoint.

The following SharePoint construction plans are available for the current LibrarySet 2.0.2:

  • English construction plan
  • German construction plan
  • Hungarian construction plan
  • Swedish construction plan
Note

Make sure that you change the WebUrl and CredentialCode in the configuration file before starting the import.
