Capturing (FDC and STDC)

Times and quantities in COSMO Factory Data Capture can be captured in the following ways:

  • FDC Application Capturing (FDC Terminal)
  • FDC Input Journal
  • FDC Journal
  • STDC Journal

The three journals listed above are accessible using Tell Me. Choose the Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature icon, enter the journal name, and then choose the related link. The respective entries are also accessible using Tell Me. Note that the FDC Input Journal/Entries are accessed through Tell Me by entering Input Journal and Input Entries, respectively.

FDC Application Capturing – which contains the Input Journal and the FDC Terminal – is the easiest way to capture times and quantities using timestamps and different types (check in, check out).
