Measurement Overview
On the Related menu in the Registered Measurement page, choose Project > Measurement Overview to view all measurement information. This page shows recorded, registered, and confirmed quantities, as well as confirmed measurement amounts. The major project positions can be expanded/collapsed for better viewing.
Fields
The key fields on the Measurement Overview page are described in the following table.

| BoQ Pos. No. | Specifies the BoQ position to which the measurement is recorded. |
| Pos. Icon | Visualizes the position type using the following icons: 📂=Group, 📖=Normal, 📘=Optional, 📙=Alternative, 📜=Contract Rules, 📄=Note Text, and 📝=Note Text with Bidder Addition. |
| BoQ Pos. Type | Displays the type of the BoQ position. |
| Description | Displays the description of the BoQ position. |
| Quantity | Displays the BoQ position quantity. |
| Expected Billing Quantity | Displays the expected billing quantity for the BoQ position. |
| Unit of Measure Code | Displays the unit of measure of the BoQ position. |
| Measurement Qty. Recorded | Displays the total quantity of measurements that have been recorded but not yet registered. |
| Measurement Qty. Registered | Displays the total quantity of measurements that have been registered. |
| Realized % Measurement | Indicates measurement progress, calculated by Measurement Qty. Registered * 100 / Quantity when a measurement is registered. The values are represented in the following colors: - <90% = yellow - 90% to 110% = bold green - >110% = bold, italicized red |
| Measurement Qty. Invoiced | Displays the total quantity of measurements that have been posted to invoices. |
| Total Direct Cost (LCY) | Displays the total direct cost (in local currency) for the BoQ position. |
| Expected Billing Total Cost (LCY) | Displays the expected total cost (in local currency) for the BoQ position based on the expected billing quantity. |
| Sales Line Amount (LCY) | Displays the budgeted sales line amount (in local currency) for the BoQ position. |
| Expected Billing Sales Line Amount (LCY) | Displays the expected sales line amount (in local currency) for the BoQ position based on the expected billing quantity. |
| Commission Status | Displays the commission status for the BoQ position. |
| Registered Amount Measured (LCY) | Displays the total amount (in local currency) from all registered measurement lines for the position. |
| Invoiced Amount Measured (LCY) | Displays the total amount (in local currency) from all invoiced measurement lines for the position. |
| Calculative Time Scale Measurement (h) | Displays calculated time values in hours based on measurement quantities. Values are displayed with two decimal places for consistency and readability. |
Actions
The actions in the Measurement Overview are described in the following table.

| New | Create Measurement Document | Creates a Measurement Document for the project. |
| Home | Recorded Measurement Documents | Opens the Measurements page, which displays any existing Measurements for the project that have not been registered yet. |
| Registered Measurement Documents | Opens the Registered Measurements page, which displays any existing Registered Measurements for the project. | |
| Report | Measuring Certificate | Prints the Measuring Certificate report if a custom report has been created and defined for Usage = Measuring Certificate in the Project Construction Report Selection page. |
| Related > Project | Measurement Locations | Opens the Measurement Locations page, which displays any existing Measurement Locations for the project. |
| Registered Measurement Lines | Opens the Measurement Lines page, which displays any existing Registered Measurement Lines for the project. Any measurement lines that need to be reset for new invoicing can be managed using the Reset Accounting Status action. |
The Measurement Overview page is also accessible from the Construction Project by choosing Measurement Overview on the Build Execution menu in the Projects FastTab or the Project Card opened from the Construction Project by choosing Measurement Overview on the Controlling menu.
