Text Module AI Templates

The Text Module AI Templates page allows you to save and apply AI instructions for generating or rewriting text, including an example rich text which contains the desired formatting. The templates can be created by manually creating a new record in the Text Module AI Templates page or by using the AI Assisted Editor to directly save the current text as a template. Saved templates can be applied to any Text Module line using the AI Assisted Editor and choosing the Apply Template option in the Task field. For more information, see AI Assisted Editor.

To manually create a new template, access the Text Module AI Templates page using Tell Me. Choose the icon, enter Text Module AI Templates, and then choose the related link. In the Text Module AI Templates page, choose the New action to create a new template. The Text Module AI Template page opens, where you can enter the details of the new template.

The fields on the Text Module AI Template page are described in the following table.

Field	Description
Code	Specifies the code of the AI template. This code is used to identify and select the AI template in the AI Assisted Editor.
Description	Specifies the description of the AI template.
Instructions	Specifies the instructions for the AI to follow when using this template to create a text. These instructions are written in natural language and specify, e.g., the desired content, formatting, and style of the generated text.
Editor	In the Editor FastTab, an example rich text can be provided which contains the desired formatting and style of the generated text. The formatting and style of the example text will be used as a reference by the AI when generating a text based on this template.
