Text Module Setup
This topic explains the setup page of COSMO Text Module.
The Text Module Setup page is accessed using Tell Me. Choose the 
icon, enter Text Module Setup, and then choose the related link.
General FastTab
The fields on the General FastTab are described in the following table.
| Field | Description |

| Local Language Code | Specifies the relevant language code. |
| Use Document Language Code | Determines the logic used to copy header/footer/line texts to documents. If the toggle is turned on, only the header/footer/line texts are copied according to the language code of the vendor or customer. Otherwise, all header/footer/line texts of the used master data are available in the documents, regardless of the language code. |
Rich Text Editor FastTab
The fields on the Rich Text Editor FastTab are described in the following table.

| Enable Rich Text Editor Controls | Determines if the rich text editor granule licensed controls and pages of Text Module are visible. |
| Use Rich Text Editor for Info Text | Specifies if the rich text editor should be used for validation info text (pop up). |
| Available Font Sizes | Allows users to select the font sizes that will be available in the Rich Text Editor. |
| Default Font Size (pt) | Allows users to set the default font size that will be selected when opening the Rich Text Editor. |
| Include Empty Lines on Conversion | If the toggle is turned on, line breaks and paragraph endings are converted into empty lines when using the Rich Text Editor with Line Conversion. |

AI Assistance FastTab
The fields on the AI Assistance FastTab are designed to help you integrate and control AI capabilities within the COSMO Text Module. Each field is described in the following table.

| Enable AI Assisted Editor Controls | Determines if the AI assistance controls and pages of Text Module are visible. |
| Text Generation API Configuration | Specifies the API Configuration to be used for AI text generation (see Text Module AI API Configurations). |
| Template Application API Configuration | Specifies the API Configuration to be used for applying AI templates to generated texts (see Text Module AI API Configurations). |
| Translation API Configuration | Specifies the API Configuration to be used for AI translation (see Text Module AI API Configurations). |
| Omit Personal Information from Context Data | Specifies if personal information such as names, addresses, etc. should be excluded from the context data sent to the AI service when generating texts. This ensures that sensitive data is kept confidential. However, it's important to note that this setting does not exclude any personal information contained in the source text, text template, or custom instructions provided by the user. |
App Licensing FastTab
The fields on the App Licensing FastTab include the app license key, the validation period, status of the license, and information regarding your license from the licensing server. The data is generated when the setup is initialized.
Actions
The actions on the Text Module Setup page are described in the following table.

Note
New areas and customized reports/tables must be added manually to the Text Module Use in Area Base List and Text Module Object Setup pages.
Expert > Object Setup
Object Setup defines all objects where the text should be printed and/or displayed. The value in the Object Type field determines where and how text is displayed:
- Report – Indicates that text will be on a printed report. For example, in the header of an Order Confirmation report or the lines of a Purchase Order report.
- Table – Indicates that text will be in a document header/lines. Additionally, the text to be copied will be displayed in a pop-up page. For example, text assigned to a customer will be displayed in a pop-up page when the Customer No. field is populated in a sales order.
Only objects that are set up in the Text Module Object Setup page are available for selection in the Text Module Print Management page. For more information, see Text Module Print Management.
By default, the Use checkbox is selected on all reports and tables and is used for informational purposes.
Note
In various versions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, some reports from the ID range 1300 are set up in the Report Selection - Sales and Report Selection - Purchase pages. These reports are not prepared to print text from COSMO Text Module. Therefore, ensure that the correct reports are set up in the respective Report Selection page:
- Reminder/Finance Charge: 5060605 .. 5060608
- Sales: 5060609 .. 5060614, 5060625 (Return Order), 5060628 (Return Receipt)
- Purchase: 5060615 .. 5060620, 5060626 (Return Shipment), 5060627 (Return Order)
- Service: 5060621 .. 5060624
