    Calculation Schedules

The Calculation Schedule is a worksheet that is used to perform various calculations on a project line to determine its Unit Price.

Calculation Schedules rely on Calculation Groups, which are set up on the components.

Calculation Schedules can only be used on lines that are hierarchically below or within itself.

Extra charges can be calculated once they are set up in the Project Calc. Extra Charges page, which is accessed using Tell Me. Choose the Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature icon, enter Project Calc. Extra Charges, and then choose the related link.

The Calculation Schedule is accessed from the Project Budget Calculation page.

With the proper project line selected, choose Line > Calculation Schedule on the Related menu. If a calculation schedule does not exist, a message opens asking to create one for the WBS line (alternatively, a new schedule – or an additional version – can be created by choosing Functions > Create Calc. Schedule on the Actions menu). If a calculation exists, the Project Calc. Schedule Project Line page opens.

To populate the calculation schedule lines with a standard template, choose the Import from template action. To update the calculation in the lines, choose the Calculate action.
