Export and Import Document Layouts
Document layouts can be exported and imported from the Document Layouts page. Choose the 
icon, enter Document Layouts, and then choose the related link.
To export a document layout
- Choose the icon, enter Document Layouts, and then choose the related link.
- Select a document layout, and then choose the Export action on the Process menu.
- Filter for the document layouts you want to export and then choose the OK button.
- Depending on your browser settings the layouts will be saved in your default download directory or you will be asked to select a directory manually.
To import the base document layouts included with Document Configurator
- Choose the icon, enter Document Layouts, and then choose the related link.
- On the Document Layouts page, choose the New action.
- Then choose the Load Document Layout Package action.
- Choose the Complete action to import the standalone document layouts or the Complete incl. COSMO Text Module integration option to load the document layouts including COSMO Text Module texts.
- Choose the OK button.
To import a custom document layout
- Choose the icon, enter Document Layouts, and then choose the related link.
- On the Document Layouts page, choose the New action.
- Then choose the Import action.
- Browse to the document layouts JSON (or XML) file and choose the Open button.
