Project Travel Codes
The Project Travel Codes are used for managing travel expenses (see General Traveling Expenses).

In the Project Contact Roles page, which can be opened using Tell Me or from the Role field in the Project Contacts page, assign a code and description and then in the Function field, choose the drop-down arrow to specify the function of each Role. The options are Sell-to Customer, Bill-to Customer, Project Manager, Ship-to Address, and Subcontractor.

Guarantee Types
The Guarantee Types can be used to structure Guarantees which are managed for Vendors, Customers, or Projects.
Completion Reasons
A Completion Reason must be assigned to the Project Card before the status of the Project can be switched to Completed.
Fixed Project Lines Budget
In the Fixed Project Lines Budget page, define project lines that will be added to every Project Budget Calculation structure. Codes can be assigned in the Projects Setup page for sales but have no functionality in base COSMO Project Manufacturing.
The fields on the Fixed Project Lines Budget page are described in the following table.

Type | Together with the No. field, creates the work package in the project structure. The work package can be set up with the following components: Service, Item, General, Traveling, Machine Center, and Work Center. The value in this field is transferred to the Type field in the Project Budget Calculation line. |
No. | Identifies the specific number of the component entered in the Type field. The value in this field is transferred to the No. field in the Project Budget Calculation line. |

The value in this field is transferred to the Quantity field in the Project Budget Calculation line. If this field is empty, then the empty value overwrites an existing value. |

The value in this field is transferred to the Calculation Group field in the Project Budget Calculation line. If this field is empty, then the empty value overwrites an existing value. |
